I have been delivering training for thirty years in a wide variety of medical and first aid subjects.

Most recent I have become a First Response Emergency Care Trainer. I have been privileged to delivery course to many blue-chip companies but humble enough to also deliver to the smaller companies and in many places, locally, nationally and internationally. For a great number year, I also ran a successful life support team providing cover at many different diverse events across the country, from cage fighting to motor cross, triathlons to horse events.

I sold my previous company a few years ago for the easy life but I loved training so much that I freelanced for several companies providing training on their behalf.

Due to some of my ‘old’ loyal customers and popular demand my wife and I have decided to take a ‘bite out of the apple’ again so to speak and continue the training ourselves. I still to this day keep my hand in on event work. When ask by one of the voluntary aid society’s, of which I am a side-line member hence the slogan we don’t just teach, we practice what we teach.

I qualified as a Registered Nurse, 23 years ago and I have worked within various specialities including Acute Medicine, Endoscopy, Innovations of Care, Oncology, Haematology, Research and as a Bank Nurse Co-ordinator.

Following the completion of my ‘Teaching and Assessing’ Diploma Module, early on in my career, I have developed an extended role of teaching both qualified and student nurses and medical staff, on several subjects.

Currently, my roles within the company is focused on the administration side, media updates and marketing. I am also an IQA assessor for a number of companies under the Qualsafe Awards Scheme. But, in the near future, I will be developing my role as a trainer and utilising my nursing and teaching experience in relation to Social Care qualifications and Health and Safety.
